At RFIDConsultants.com we recognize that protecting the privacy of all those who do business with us is very important! All Confidential Information that is provided by our Clients and RSW Associates™ , and those applying to become Clients and RSW Associates™ , to RFIDConsultants.com™  will be kept confidential, subject to the following agreed upon terms.

I) Definitions:

For the purpose of this document:

1. “Confidential Information” is defined as personal or company information acquired by, or provided to RFIDConsultants.com™  via written, oral, electronic, or any other form and may include, but not be limited to:   e-mail addresses, names, titles, phone numbers, company project plans, budgets, company and industry specific information and your company’s name and mailing address.
   
   
2. “Client” and “Clients” are defined as an individual and/or persons or companies who/which have a signed an agreement with RFIDConsultants.com™  to contract, sub-contract, or perform work on their behalf. OR those who have submitted an RFP or RFQ to RFIDConsultants.com™ .
   
   
3. “RSW Associate” and “ RSW Associates™ ” are defined as Consultants, Project Manager, Systems Integrators, Subject Matter Experts and/or any other individual/s or entity who/which contracts, or sub-contracts with RFIDConsultants.com™  to perform work on behalf of RFIDConsultants.com™ , and/or our Client and/or Clients in the areas of:

II) Personal and Confidential Information:

1. RFIDConsultants.com™  will not sell, lease, or rent our Client’s, RSW Associate’s™, or  those applying to become Clients and RSW Associates™ , or any individual’s Confidential Information to any other third parties, or individuals.
   
   
2. In order for RFIDConsultants.com™  to successfully execute contracts, provide the best services and products and to conduct business for mutual benefit, it will be necessary at times for RFIDConsultants.com™  to exchange Confidential Information with our RSW Associates™ and/or Clients.
   
   
3. RFIDConsultants.com™  warrants not to distribute or provide this Confidential Information to any other third party or individual/s unless they have agreed to the same terms of this Privacy Statement. This Confidential Information will only be made available on a “need to know basis” to our   RSW Associates™ who will be engaged in a given project initiated through RFIDConsultants.com™  where knowledge of such Confidential Information is necessary for the successful completion of such a project, or it is appropriate for fraud protection, credit risk reduction, to comply with requirements of law, regulation, or litigation, or protect the lawful rights, property, or safety of our Clients and/or RSW Associates™ , and RFIDConsultants.com™  or others, or for reasons of national security, or other issues of public importance.
   
   
4. As a Client and/or  RSW Associate™ you agree not to sell, lease, or rent, any Confidential Information that is provided to you by RFIDConsultants.com™  to ANY third party, or individual/s, INCLUDING, any other RSW Associates™.
   
   
5. Furthermore as a Client and/or RSW Associate™ you also agree not to distribute or exchange any Confidential Information acquired, or provided to you by RFIDConsultants.com™  to any other Client and/or RSW Associate™ without the written permission of RFIDConsultants.com™ .

III) Data Storage and Security:

1. RFIDConsultants.com™ uses appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure Confidential Information submitted to our web site.
   
   
2. To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of Confidential Information submitted to RFIDConsultants.com™, Confidential Information will be housed in a secure data center, with sensitive communications between client and server protected by 128 bit SSL security. Non reversible encryption is used to store user passwords.
   
   
3. Client billing account details will not be retained for any length of time longer than is necessary to facilitate one time, or recurring subscription charges.
   
   
4. You are responsible for keeping your password and user details confidential. RFIDConsultants.com™ will never ask you for the password to your account, either by email, in written form, or over the phone. In the event that you contact RFIDConsultants.com™ for reasons of, but not limited to, billing enquires, technical support, or retrieval of a lost password, you may be asked to supply the password hint that you submitted at the time of your registration with RFIDConsultants.com™.

IV) Cookies and Third Party Cookies:

1. When you visit RFIDConsultants.com™, you can browse the site without revealing your identity. In order to streamline the functionality of RFIDConsultants.com™ , we may use "cookies" to track your visit, or provide a more “customized” visit for you next time you visit the site.  A cookie is a small amount of data that is stored on your computer’s hard drive by a web server and can only be read by the server that originated the transfer. Such information would be an aggregate of collected data and information (not individual) and will not intentionally contain details to identify any Client or RSW Associate™ on an individual basis.

V) Links to Other Sites:

1. RFIDConsultants.com™  includes links to other sites. If you choose to visit these sites, we assume no responsibility for their privacy policies, or how they treat any user information that they may collect – through “cookies”, or any other means. We are not responsible for the products or services provided, or actions and policies of these third parties. It is your responsibility to review the privacy policies of these third parties when supplying personally identifiable information to them.

RSW Associates™ , Clients, and those applying to become Clients and RSW Associates™ , or any other subscribers to RFIDConsultants.com™  mailings, may opt out of future mailings at any time by either clicking the UNSUBSCRIBE link that appears at the bottom of this page, or by submitting the removal request directly to: unsubscribe@ RFIDConsultants.com By un-subscribing you will not receive future information on new services, surveys, or research from RFIDConsultants.com™ .

VII) Changes of Terms:

1. RFIDConsultants.com™  reserves the right to alter our Privacy Statement as business needs require. Any alterations will be posted to our web site as they become available.
